The initial stage of the process involves placing trust in the process itself.

Step 1

HAND

SHAKE

Before we embark on our collaborative journey, let's come together for an exploratory discussion. This is our chance to shake hands and build mutual trust. You'll have the floor to share the intricate details of your project, while we listen attentively, uncovering the essence of your vision.

We usually ask questions like:

  • How did you find us?
  • Can you tell us about your company?
  • Why is this a good time pportunity to focus on your brand?

Step 2

PROPOSAL

Once we understand your needs, we'll give you a project budget and timeline to review. This step helps you see what lies ahead and decide if you want to adjust the scope to change the price.

The Proposal will include things like:

  • Outlined Project Scope
  • Project Timeline
  • Your Investment cost

Step 3

ONBOARD

Once you are happy to go ahead with the project, we’ll onboard you to our client portal and project tracker, you’ll fill out an in-depth questionnaire about your business and we’ll schedule a strategy call.

We’ll send you and email which includes

  • E-sign Contract
  • Initial Invoice
  • Questionaire
  • Client Portal

Step 4

DISCOVERY

In this call we’ll dive in-depth into your business the goal is to hear from each key stakeholder to understand as much as we can about your brand, your perspectives, needs, likes, and dislikes. This will help us pave the path to our creative direction.

Here are some questions we usually ask.

  • What are your business Values?
  • Who are your target audience?
  • Who are your competitors & more?

Step 5

DIRECTION

Through research, strategy, and problem-solving solving we will put together a presentation that will give us clarity on both our alignment, including: creative direction and mood board

Step 6

DESIGN

Using the information we gathered in the discovery process, and the direction we agreed on, we'll craft a tailormade design that will bring the vision to life with your story and target audience in mind, this is where we create the bridge from you tonyour target audience.

Usually you will get:

  • Brand Strategy Presentation
  • Moodboard presentation
  • First glance of your Visual Identity Including the logo

Step 6

REVISIONS

During this stage, we will look at changes and possible revisions that we can make to ensure that the end result is aligned with the project goals.

We typically allow for up to 2 revisions to ensure accuracy. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

OFFBOARD

After the revision process, we're prepared to deliver the finalized output, ensuring you receive everything you initially requested.

Here are the typical deliverables you can expect:


  • Comprehensive logo files in various formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, EPS)
  • Detailed brand style guide outlining logo usage, color palette, and typography guidelines
  • Supplementary brand assets such as business card designs and letterheads
  • A comprehensive brand strategy document summarizing key decisions and recommendations.

AFTERCARE

Of course I won’t set you out to the wild without guidance, I will be with you until you get the hang of using your new identity and strategy

We will help from 1-3 months of your launching, giving brand advice and tips, we can meet weekly or monthly depending on your needs. Some additional services will incur additional cost.
